Choosing Freddie as our videographer was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Our wedding film is something we will treasure forever. Freddie captured not only the big moments but all the little in-between moments that we didn’t even realise were happening. Watching our video takes us straight back to the day, allowing us to relive the laughter, the happy tears, the excitement, and every emotion all over again. Five stars simply isn't enough. We are absolutely thrilled that we chose Freddie and Josh to photograph our wedding. From our very first call, we knew we were in great hands. They made the whole process feel easy, fun and completely stress-free. We loved the get-to-know-you shoot beforehand, where we met Freddie in person for the first time. He was incredibly engaging with both of us and our kids, and instantly put everyone at ease. We'd had family photos taken before, but Freddie's photos were on another level. The images were a million times better than anything we'd had done previously, and we now have them proudly hanging on our walls. On the wedding day itself, Freddie and Josh were outstanding. They worked seamlessly around our timetable, were incredibly flexible, and captured the most amazing moments without ever feeling intrusive. They somehow managed to be everywhere at the right time while also blending into the background when needed. Most importantly, they're just genuinely great people to have around. They brought a calm, fun energy to the day and made us feel comfortable from start to finish. When we received our photos, we were absolutely delighted. We couldn't be happier with our experience with LITS Media. From the beginning, Freddy and Josh were professional, easy-going, and great communicators. As people who don't particularly enjoy being in front of the camera, they made us feel completely comfortable and relaxed throughout the day. The final videos exceeded our expectations and have given us something incredibly special to look back on and relive our wedding day. The quality and attention to detail were outstanding. We have since recommended LITS Media to many of our friends, several of whom have also booked them after seeing our videos. While our final videos took longer than expected to reach us and were delivered later than initially advised, we understand they had an exceptionally busy 2025/26 wedding season. In saying that, the finished product was absolutely worth the wait, and we are so grateful to have these memories to treasure forever. During the ceremony and reception we didn’t even notice him working away! Freddie and the LITS Media team completely nailed our wedding videography and have given us a way to hold on to those memories for a lifetime. Can’t beat their level of organisation, communication, and passion for the job. We loved having Freddie on the day, he put people at ease and set up some showstopping shots within our unique venue. He worked so well with the time, space, and location constraints and always found a way to make things work! The end result was a stunning highlights reel of the day and within our package we also got documentary style footage of our ceremony, reception speeches, and first dance.
